1. Introduction
SEEKE GROUPS ("we", "us", "our") operates MySlot - Partner App (Android app and Web app at seekegroups.com/myslot), a booking management platform that helps businesses manage bookings, schedules, and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and your rights regarding that information.
By using MySlot - Partner App you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect

Note MySlot - Partner App is a booking and scheduling tool only. We do not collect any information beyond what is needed to manage your business's bookings, customers, and staff.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your account securely
- Provide, operate, and improve the MySlot - Partner App service
- Send booking reminder SMS notifications to customers (only when you trigger them)
- Synchronise data between the Android app and the Web app in real-time
- Generate reports and analytics for your business
- Respond to support requests and feedback
- Detect and prevent security incidents or abuse
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the MySlot - Partner App service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate MySlot - Partner App:

We do not share your data with any other third parties. We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of SEEKE GROUPS and its users.
5. Data Security
We implement the following security measures to protect your data:
- All data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit
- Authentication is handled exclusively via Google Sign-In — we never store passwords
- Strict access-control rules ensure you can only access your own business data
- No sensitive data is stored in browser local storage beyond the session token needed to keep you signed in
While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you submit an account deletion request:
- Your account and all associated business, customer, booking, and staff data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
- Deletion requests are processed manually upon receipt at support@seekegroups.com
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
You can request deletion via Settings → Delete Account inside the app.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — update inaccurate data directly within the app
- Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all data
- Portability — request an export of your business data
- Objection — object to specific uses of your data

8. Children's Privacy
MySlot - Partner App is a business management tool intended for business owners and operators. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use MySlot - Partner App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided their data, contact us at support@seekegroups.com.
9. Cookies & Local Storage
MySlot - Partner App uses browser local storage to:
- Remember your chosen theme (light/dark) preference
- Maintain your signed-in session
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
10. International Data Transfers
MySlot - Partner App is operated from India. By using the Service you consent to your data being transferred to and processed on secure servers operated by our trusted service providers, which may be located outside your country of residence. Our service providers maintain compliance with applicable data protection frameworks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of MySlot - Partner App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By accessing or using MySlot - Partner App ("the Service"), operated by SEEKE GROUPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MySlot - Partner App is a booking management platform that helps businesses of any kind manage their bookings, schedules, and customers. Available and upcoming business categories include Rental, Bus, Sports, Theatres, Hotels, Rides, and Vehicle Hire, with more added over time. The Service includes:
- Booking creation and management with token/reference numbering
- Customer record management
- Staff management
- SMS booking notifications
- Business reports and analytics
- Multi-platform access (Android app and Web)
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must create an account to use MySlot - Partner App. You agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You will use only Google Sign-In to authenticate (email/password sign-in is not supported)
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You will provide accurate and current business information
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Your Data & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MySlot - Partner App — including customer records, booking data, and business information. SEEKE GROUPS will:
- Store your data securely on encrypted cloud servers
- Not share your customer or business data with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy
- Allow you to request export or deletion of your data at any time
- Use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest
You are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws or regulations applicable to your business and the customer information you collect through the Service.
5. SMS Notifications
MySlot - Partner App can send booking reminders to customers via SMS. By using this feature:
- You confirm that customers have consented to receive SMS notifications
- You are responsible for any SMS costs incurred when sending notifications
- SEEKE GROUPS is not liable for SMS delivery failures
- Do not use SMS features to send spam or unsolicited messages
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MySlot - Partner App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Store false or misleading customer or business information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Use the Service to facilitate any unlicensed or illegal business activity
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
7. Service Availability
SEEKE GROUPS will make reasonable efforts to keep MySlot - Partner App available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
MySlot - Partner App — including its design, features, source code, and branding — is the intellectual property of SEEKE GROUPS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission from SEEKE GROUPS.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MySlot - Partner App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SEEKE GROUPS does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your specific business needs. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
SEEKE GROUPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MySlot - Partner App, including but not limited to loss of business, lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 3 months (or ₹500 if no amount was paid).
11. Account Termination & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app. Upon deletion:
- All your business, customer, booking, and staff data will be permanently erased within 7 business days
- Access to the Service will be revoked immediately
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
SEEKE GROUPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
SEEKE GROUPS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
